Dear MTA,
For the last 3 weeks, the new #23 bus runs every 25 minutes during the rush hour in Co-Op city, It replaced the QBX1 which ran every 5-10 minutes. Now passengers are unable to board the one crowded bus that comes around every 25 minutes and 15-20 people
