Hi, There are two sets of escalators on Roosevelt station where E & F express run. It is always brakes and now it is out of order for about two weeks and nobody seems to going to fix. These guys should be fired because they not doing their jobs. Please

Why is it that EVERY MORNING, the 4 and 5 trains always have train traffic ahead? There is not a morning that goes by that the train can ever just run according to schedule WITHOUT any delays. I mean, this is so frustrating and no one ever says anythin

I don't think any other service is as good at failing as you are. Every time I think that you can't get any worse, you exceed my expectations. Good job on keeping NYers broke and frustrated.

Dear MTA,
Your service is awful. There are delays every single day and on weekends, trying to figure out which trains are actually running is ridiculous. The hilarious thing about it is that nothing has gotten better. If I had an alternative, I would take it.
