Dear MTA,
We pay $5.50 for an express bus ride, and at least half of them have no working air conditioners (or even just fans in general.) It gets hot very quickly and there is no air circulation. I can deal with no reading lights and bad drivers, but we need air!!

why is the train so dirty??dirt elfs,ufo(un-i.d.ed funky objects) the money for the products andman power should b available,what with all the fare increases im very disappointed ur customers deserve much much more

Dear MTA,
Sent my housekeeper home by subway last night. Her experience riding the A train was so stressful she could not sleep and then said she needed medication for riding the subway. Riding the subway IS a form of torture.

Dear MTA,
I appreciate gentrification, because you have to give service to all and there are a growing caucasian presence at Franklin Ave. You allow the trains to leave Utica Ave. empty claiming sick passenger, smoke, switch and a host of other problems. LIARS
