Due to the recently sound thrashing that you receive from the NYC Council. You have prior to 1/11/11 having to appear before NYC Council up until today, given riders from Utica Ave. and Flatbush a horrible experience. You are out and out liars.

get your act together for the B1 bus. It is really bad. never runs right. what the hell is going on MTA?? put more buses on the road. do something....people need to get to work, do something or I'll call 7 on your side....

Dear MTA,
B1 is really bad. It doesn't run well at all on a normal day. Crowded all the time to a point you can't even get off your stop. What the heck is going on? Do something about it? Get your act together because I am not the only one disgusted..
