Dear MTA,
The B1 bus is the worst line running. It doesn't show up on this storm. A normal day it is always late. I am disgusted with it, You have to do something, add more buses. This is the worst line ever. I am going to complain til I see improvement...

Dear MTA,
I am disgusted with the B1 bus line. On a normal day it doesn't run good, always late, crowded. Now with this storm, it doesn't even show up. It brakes down you have to wait 40 minutes til you get another bus. Do something about this?

Dear MTA,
having to wait for the q58 and the q39 in ridgewood for crazy amounts of time only two have two drive up at the same time is really frustrating, get your sh*t together.
