Dear MTA,
Why is the M15 bus line not keeping to schedule at night after 10PM? No traffic yet on many occasions, will arrive late. Many times the operators are late from rest stop and know it, sheepishly playing deaf & blind as they speed past waiting customers.

Dear MTA,
Where are these magical M1 and M4 Limited buses that the bus stop sign promises will arrive at 96th Street and 5th Avenue? In a year of a daily M1-4 route commute, one has never materialized. Only the M2. Perhaps the M1 and M4 LTD buses are unicorns?

Dear MTA,
the m98 bus never shows up and i and others wait for hours. it is a limited bus so if it doesn't show we really don't have other faster options. please make sure there is a bus driver for every bus scheduled. thanks

I don't get it? Why build the fantastic Airtrain and then NOT order train cars designed to accommodate riders with luggage? Seriously, did anyone think about this? I'm currently standing on the 2:15 Ronkonkoma train looking at numerous seats occupied b
