Dear MTA,
I've noticed when there are delays on Metro North, conductors don't collect tickets. That's good in all to appease the customers, but what about monthly ticket holders? Everyone else gets a refund but we get left in the dust? What is our discount?

Dear MTA,
Why on earth does the F train always have delays? Then when it is delayed, we have to skip some stops and go express to make up the time! Youre only stopping a few seconds at each station! Luckily Im driving to work starting in July.

thanks for holding me at york street station for an extra forty minutes tonight because of "police investigation" on an A train that was running on the F line during rush hour, BEST.
