Dear MTA,
Metro North New Haven line car 8402 leaks water and is partially unusable during heavy rain. Today, March 31 is the second day this week the car was on the 6:40 train from Fairfield and a third of the car was unusable. Why has this no been fixed?

Why is it that every time I walk past the East New York Bus Depot, its full of buses, but I have to wait a long time for buses like the B54, B25, B12, B69 I have to wait an eternity.
