Dear MTA,
If my card does not work, I have to provide you the number of the vending machine, the location and the time, as well as my debit card number. I tried this on three machines? I have to go around the city now and track all the machine numbers?? WHY??

Why are you such a closed-off behemoth of a company? Why is it that people who don't even work for the MTA have to set up systems for you online so that your ridership can speak to you? I think you are a deaf mute, MTA and you need to be spanked.

Dear MTA,
The Train Station on Smith Avenue & 9th St of Brooklyn, NY is in horrible shape, Its full of cracks and holes and when it rains and/ snows, its as if your standing in the middle of the storm when your on the platform under the roof.
