what going on with the mta bus.it comes like 3 or 4 at the same time and it lets us keep waiting for almost 45 minutes.its crazy.just be on time as the schedule written on the bust stop stand.help help

Dear MTA,
I waited 25 minutes for the N train to arrive at 59th street brooklyn during rush hour in the morning. I finally was forced to take the local R service from 59th to Union Square, and was late to work because of it.
