please for the love of god fix the buses on staten island. the S46 makes me want to pull my hair out. make two S46s; one for rowdy people and one for those of us who'd like a quiet anxiety free ride home.

Dear MTA,
I just wanted to congratulate the MTA about the homeless hostel at 67th Ave. station (Queens). Nothing makes me happier than seeing and smelling the homeless sleeping and pissing next to me while I wait for the train.

Dear MTA,
Take a look at Japan and figure out how they're able to be so efficient with their service. Hell, fire everyone and hire the Japanese.
