On bus route M7 /Ave. Of the Americas @ 54th st. Bus No. #3961 at 6:43 pm passed by one of it's appointed stops. 6 people including myself left in the heat to wait for another bus to come by. Bus # 3961 did have room for an additional 15 people. This was

Dear MTA,
You hike up the prices, cut the service and force everyone to wait at least 30-40 minutes for a bus. When the bus finally shows up it's crowded. You're either stuck waiting for the next bus or sandwiched between people & their b/o.

BM5 EXPRESS ON JULY 6,2010 I WAITED FOR THIS BUS ON 5TH AVE AND 48TH ST. OUT OF ALL THE DAYS IN THE YEAR YESTERDAY WAS VERY HOT. OF COURSE WHEN THE BUS CAME, THERE WAS NO AIR. THATS CORRECT NO AIR. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PROBLEMS ON THAT LINE. $5.50 IS A
