Dear MTA,
The Train Station on Smith Avenue & 9th St of Brooklyn, NY is in horrible shape, Its full of cracks and holes and when it rains and/ snows, its as if your standing in the middle of the storm when your on the platform under the roof.

Dear MTA,
When are you going to unlocked the end doors on the R68 subway cars. Are you waiting for another attack on passengers , while they are trapped in a locked subway car. The policy of locking passengers into a subway car is dangerous and stupid.
