Dear MTA,
IF you're going to close down the stations to do maintenance, you could at least attempt to fix it. You raise the payroll yet you guys are not on schedule and always mess up the routes of the train.

Dear MTA,
I understand that subterranean construction is tricky but how is it that after all these years of working on the 2nd Ave subway, you have not figured out how to avoid water mains? I'd rather have indoor plumbing than a less crowded 6 train.

Dear MTA,
Your #8 bus in the Bronx does NOT run on schedule at all. I waited well over 35 minutes this morning for a bus!!!

Dear MTA,
If your going to screw up our weekends by stopping service, please actually fix something. Tired of seeing MTA workers hanging out OUTSIDE the station. Time for a regime change. Accountability should count.
