Dear MTA,
why are we supposed to pay for a service that DOES NOT WORK! 45minutes @ 125th street to wait for the A train alone! then the shuttles are worth garbage...half the time the drivers don't know where to go plus they pack in people so they are standing on t

Dear MTA,
I waited 25 minutes for the N train to arrive at 59th street brooklyn during rush hour in the morning. I finally was forced to take the local R service from 59th to Union Square, and was late to work because of it.
