Dear MTA,
When a station has broken ticket machines, it's off-peak on a Sunday, & there has been a HUGE athletic event, where carrying large amounts of cash is an impossibility, perhaps waiving the ABSURDLY high penalties are in order for purchasing on the TRAIN?

The AirTrain is difficult to understand. Please put up more than one map. Tourists are just as lost as locals.
