Dear MTA,
is the Q101 on strike ? waiting more than 45 minutes on Steinway ST/Astoria Blvd and not seeing any activity--12 Noon till 12:45. Not ONE BUS even to Hazen... C'mon guys,we already know this route is an old joke,a very old one too,so why are we paying ful

Dear MTA,
Make the Q54/56 come on time. It's 9pm and I've been waiting for over 30 minutes for either bus. There is no traffic so please do not use that as an excuse. Also, if the tardiness is due to a passenger holding up the bus then why are both busses late? Ac

This is the 2nd day in a row that the S53 bus (Staten Island) has come approx 10 minutes early. I always get to my bus stop at Clove Rd/Grasmere station about 10 mins before schedule only to watch the bus fly by with a couple of passengers when this bus i

I waited for the 28 bus for 45minutes today, 9/7/11, from 420AM to 5AM in the rain on the corner of White Plains Road and Gun Hill Road. This is inappropriate and almost made me late to work! Josue

Dear MTA,
We just got done bearing two months of no uptown late night service on the upper west side A train and now we're expected to bear it again. This is NOT fair. Spread the work out in a manner that does not close down an entire line for so many weeks.
