Dear MTA is a website for people to give feedback to the MTA of New York City.

I would appreciate if you could make the turnstiles read cards, so I don't stand there holding up the line and missing trains. Also, announcements on why multiple trains pass a station at rush hour would be nice

please tell the B9 to start running correctly during rush hour times coming home in the evening. it's really annoying standing for thirty minutes for one to come and then 2/3 come back to back.

Please introduce a Quiet Car. It could be one car on each train that is for people who are either (a) too tired to tell someone to shut up OR (b) interested in reading a book

I've noticed when there are delays on Metro North, conductors don't collect tickets. That's good in all to appease the customers, but what about monthly ticket holders? Everyone else gets a refund but we get left in the dust? What is our discount?
