Ditmas station is above ground ringing bells next to my closed window every ten minutes from 6am to 9pm 7 days a week. Bells are followed by a sleezy ad. Last chairwoman was effective this new chairman isn’t. She used to take action.

The problem is that you’re acting like smug, protected schoolyard bullies, AND expecting to get PAID for this behavior, honestly the people I’m most proud of aren’t your driver’s, they’re the drunks who give you the finger rather than the fare.

When there are people waiting at the bus stop waving their arms at you and you blow past without stopping, THERES A PROBLEM.

When I can wait over an hour while I watch three busses “arrive” and “depart” on your app while none actually show up THERES A PROBLEM.

When your buses are so pathetic that I can beat the time by WALKING, THERES A PROBLEM, when you make people wait out in sub zero temperatures while your driver’s relax in a heated bus in front of them THERES A PROBLEM.
