Please take an action against Express Bus Driver who didn’t make stop on Jefferson Ave & Hylan Blvd in Staten Island on 12/2/13 about 7:50 a.m. (Bus X1 #2431). Same white male did this few times before. Bus had plenty of seats. This is unacceptable! J.
