Dear MTA,
Dear MTA,thanks for the AirTrain. Now howsabout connecting it worthwhile lines?
Dear MTA,Thanks for having no local trains running in either direction between Queens Plaza and Roosevelt Avenue for nearly an hour this afternoon. I’m thinking it might be time to fix that switch at 36th street.
Dear MTA,more elevators on main stations.
Dear MTA,please for the love of god fix the buses on staten island. the S46 makes me want to pull my hair out. make two S46s; one for rowdy people and one for those of us who’d like a quiet anxiety free ride home.
Dear MTA,I just wanted to congratulate the MTA about the homeless hostel at 67th Ave. station (Queens). Nothing makes me happier than seeing and smelling the homeless sleeping and pissing next to me while I wait for the train.
Dear MTA,how about 2 days in the week when the fare is only $1
Dear MTA,Take a look at Japan and figure out how they’re able to be so efficient with their service. Hell, fire everyone and hire the Japanese.
Dear MTA,You should put in some sort of a system at bus stops to let people waiting know where the hell the bus is, since you never follow the schedule. The other day, the last x12 broke down and I waited for an hour before taking the hour long alternative.
Dear MTA,I’d rather old subway cars and less useless jobs than a fare hike and a cut in service, you idiots.
Sincerely, a pissed off commuter who spends just as much time waiting for the train/bus as he does on it.
