can you tell the M train (which is never even that packed in the morning) to speed it up just a tad? the glacial speed that it runs at is simply ridiculous.

If my card does not work, I have to provide you the number of the vending machine, the location and the time, as well as my debit card number. I tried this on three machines? I have to go around the city now and track all the machine numbers?? WHY??
Why are you such a closed-off behemoth of a company? Why is it that people who don’t even work for the MTA have to set up systems for you online so that your ridership can speak to you? I think you are a deaf mute, MTA and you need to be spanked.
