Why the hell is it so difficult and time consuming to get a reduced fare metro card for a disability? I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and wait six weeks when you can tell something’s wrong by looking at me.

Wed 11/27 7 trains running with delays due to signal problems. That would be the 5 or 6th time this month and only seems to happen during morning rush, Houston there’s a fucking problem!!!!

Another Monday, another round of signal problems on the 7-train. Aren’t you working or fixing this over the weekend when the 7-train isn’t running into Manhattan?

Fri nov 22: . I’ve come to accept that mta has made my life a living hell. The 5 stops from the 7 and n/q lines in queens has taking sn average of 1 hour during morning rush I freelance and get paid by the hour I’m prob a few hundred in the hole.

30 min from 40th to queensboro plaza on the 7 line. this is the 4th time 7 days during morning rush. yes theres problem please fix.

Wed 11/20 another rush hour morning delayed due to signal problems on the the 7 line. Takes at least 30 min to go 2 stops. 4th time in a week and a half. Get your acts together. You’re costing people their jobs.

NEED MORE “M” TRAINS !!!!!!!!!

the 7 train are so bad. Especially the local trains. It takes 45 mins to get to t-sqaure from 40th st. It shouldn’t take more than15 minutes if they run properly. This happens everyday (literally). if they are going to back up, why keep them at tm sq?
