I waited 25 minutes for the N train to arrive at 59th street brooklyn during rush hour in the morning. I finally was forced to take the local R service from 59th to Union Square, and was late to work because of it.

Might you consider actually running the G train? Perhaps repair and train schedules could be implemented so people waiting on the platform actually RIDE a train and get ALL the way to their destination stop. Our commute should not be this difficult!
FYI, when the station is still technically operating, you probably shouldn’t be spraying water all over the wall/staircases in your attempt to “clean them,” ESPECIALLY when I’m trying to walk through!!
