The MTA steals your money

The Q7 bus service is painful. I waited from 7:30 am on 9/12/12 until 8:15am looking at six busese passing us by this is the stop at Rockway Blvd and 140 street. Two of those six buses were obviously spacious with no standies snd empty seats. Of those two
Q58 buses late!! No bus for half an hour.3 not in service buses and 1 packed local bus pass by. For a bus that supposedly runs every 3-5 minutes during weekday rush hour- this is unacceptable. This happened during the 6 o clock hour.
why is the bx29 so unpredictable in the mornings!? all week long u cant be sure the bus will be there! ppl gotta get to work and we depend on you! why have schedules if you not goin to follow them! try coming on time before yall raise fares again!!!

Why was the Queens-bound G train 15 mins late again on Monday morning? I went through this last week. Meanwhile three G trains came in the opposite direction!!?
For the past 3 mornings, the BX4A has not been on time in the Parkchester area headed towards the hub. Unfortunetly, we rely on this bus heavily as is the ONLY way to the train station unless we take an eight dollar cab! PLEASE HELP!
